I binged like a motherfucker all week.

and didn’t go to the gym once. This is what always happens. 
Know what? fuck that. Not this time. I’m going to get back up and keep pushing through.
I’ve still got a ton of delicious healthy foods in my fridge that are just waiting to be eaten. SO FUCK THAT MONKEY BREAD, FUCK THOSE COOKIE CRISP, FUCK THAT ICE CREAM, FUCK THOSE MOTHER FUCKING PRETZEL BITES, AND FUCK ALL THE SODA IN THE WORLD.

In other news:
I need to clean my room. A healthy, clean environment supports a healthy, clean life style.
I’m going to get my nose pierced with my best friend.
I started wearing contacts and got like a million plus compliments yesterday.
The gym is already closed today, but I’m still going to eat super great and I work a 10 hour shift so I’ll be on my feet alllll day.
Hell yeah.  

I’m back.
